Francis J. Stephens was born February 9, 1984 in Toledo, Ohio and raised in a crazed sports-loving family.  Over the years Francis began to compete in sports including Soccer, Basketball and Track & Field.  As a youth, Francis was a National runner-up 2 years running in the 200 and 400m running events in AAU and USATF, including being invited to participate with the US Youth National team at the age of 13. He grew more a love in soccer and played 4 years Varsity in High School and began coaching at the age of 21. As a coach he has made stops at some of the elite programs in the Midwest and East Coast and was named a Head Coach in 2010 at the age of 28.  He led Anthony Wayne High School to back-to-back District Championships and as a assistant his second year at the school was named the NWOSSCA Division I District Assistant Coach of the Year and the highest honor in Ohio the OSSCA Division I State Assistant Coach of the Year.  Francis then became a Head Coach at Ottawa Hills High School guiding them to back-to-back District titles (1st time in School history) and a trip to the OHSAA Division III State Final Four his first season.  His second season guided them to a #1 ranking in Ohio in Division III and a National ranking as high as 35th in the country.

Francis is currently a Sports Marketing & Media major at Full Sail University in Orlando, FL and enjoys soccer, basketball, blogging, water and snow sports, music, tennis and working out.

He currently resides in Columbus, Ohio
